Me gustó la narrativa, es un libro que habla de cultura organizacional que demuestra como la creatividad y la calidad forman la parte medular dentro de Disney y Pixar y cómo estás han sido protegidas con el paso del tiempo
Me gusto porque narra como debe gestionar una empresa y sus personas por medio de historias que conocemos (peliculas de cine), y eso lo hace mas familiar para los que las han visto. Una enseñanaza inportante es que hay que perseverar y seguir adelante con nuestros sueños independiente de las dificultades, perseverar!!!.
Meterse adentro de la cabeza de este genio y aprender sobre creatividad, gestión de recursos humanos a través de sus aciertos y fracasos. A los amantes de Pixar les gustará ver la cocina de las pelÃculas.
